Refund Policy

At Vajra Guru Wellness Center, we are committed to offering a compassionate and transparent service experience. If you’re not fully satisfied with your service or purchase, we’re here to help. Please read our refund policy carefully.

1. Refund Eligibility

We offer services including wellness consultations, therapies, classes, workshops, and online courses. Refund eligibility varies depending on the nature of the purchase:

    A. Services (Consultations, Therapies, Workshops)
  • Cancellations made 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment or class are eligible for a full refund.
  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment or no-shows are non-refundable.
  • For workshops or group events, cancellations must be made at least 72 hours in advance for a full refund.
  • If we must cancel or reschedule your session, you will receive a full refund or free rescheduling, as preferred.
     B. Online Courses (Including 360 Pranic Healing & Pranic Healer)
  • Full refund available if course materials have not been accessed.
  • Once any part of the course content is accessed or downloaded, the purchase becomes non-refundable.
  • If you experience technical issues, contact support within 7 days for assistance (does not constitute refund eligibility).

2. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund request, email us at Info@vajraguruwellnesscenter.com with:

  • Your full name
  • Order ID or course details
  • Reason for refund
  • Confirmation that course materials were not accessed
3. Refund Time Frame

Once your request is approved:

  • Approved refunds processed within 5–7 business days.
  • Amount credited to your original payment method.
  • Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take 7–14 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
4. Exceptions
  • Custom wellness plans or packages that have already commenced.
  • Promotional/discounted packages (stated as non-refundable at purchase).
